Tars Pro is building the AI architecture protocol on Solana, a modular, tokenized AI ecosystem combining LLMs, AI agents, and a marketplace for AI assets. TARS Their vision: “the gateway to Solana-AI,” where users can deploy, trade, and monetize AI agents, tokenize intelligence, and embed AI across DeFi, Web3, and real-world apps. TARS They already had strong technical momentum and domain credibility in AI + blockchain. But what they lacked was commercial leadership who could translate that technical promise into scalable revenue streams across MENA, SEA, and globally.

The Challenge

Tars Pro needed a CRO who could be more than a revenue leader — someone who:

  • Deeply understood AI, tokenomics, and agent frameworks

  • Had networks across institutional crypto, AI / ML startups, and enterprise clients
  • Could build and lead a GTM engine (sales, partnerships, alliances) over an evolving AI×blockchain product stack
  • Managed cross-border growth (UAE, Saudi, Singapore, etc.) with sensitivity to regulation, compliance, and varying AI adoption
  • Worked effectively in a founder-driven, high-velocity environment where roadmap pivots are frequent
